In an effort to keep everyone up on our current projects we are going to blog the construction of 1340 Napa Court, Crown Point IN. We are building the home as a custom "build-to-suit" for the Januszewski family.
The Januszewski's saw our model home in Brookmeadow Estates of Frankfort and knew right away it was what they wanted on the lot they owned in Crown Point. The owners at Quantum Building & Design tried to persuade Mike and Stacy to build in Frankfort, where Quantum has done 30+ homes in the last 4 years. Mike and Stacy gave it serious thought but decided they wanted to build on the land they already owned.
The construction consists of a 4100 sq/ft 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Georgian style home with custom finishings throughout. The home they are building will be much like the one seen here on the Quantum website - http://www.quantum-building.com/worthington_home.asp

This is Mike and Stacy, the homeowners. When we first walked into the model in Brookmeadow Estates in September 2007, we knew immediately that we found something special. This was more than just a house, it was our dream home! After many countless hours of deciding whether to build in Frankfort, IL or on our lot in Crown Point, IN, Quantum Building & Design graciously decided to make our dream home come true in Indiana. Their attention to detail and customer service far exceed any other builder we have encountered. They don't make you feel like a client - they make you feel like family and we are so excited we have started this journey with them.
I have never seen such a beautiful home. My family and I went to see the model in Frankfort and were taken back by the quality of the house. This house has everything you could possibly imagine and then goes beyond to include things you wouldn't have thought of. We are so excited for Mike and Stacy and are very much looking forward to seeing the completion of their dream home! Congratulations - The Dailey family.
